The room is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building of the border of Stuttgart Mitte / Nord and has 2 large windows that are mainly directed towards the greenery. The room is very bright and is furnished with a bed, a closet and a desk rented.
The kitchen has a balcony for common use, the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
One floor above us are the attics and 2 areas where you can hang out your laundry.
The total rent is 580 euros including all utilities and internet.

Birkenwaldstrasse is rather a quiet street. The main station is 7 min away. The Milaneo Mall is 5 min away by foot.

The Stadtbibliothek stop is 3 min away. In front of the building there is resident parking.

There are many shops in the immediate vicinity, The Milaneo (with Tegut and Aldi) in few minutes walk away, there are other supermarkets on the Killesberg (Aldi, Edeka, Alnatura) and a DM.

You can also walk to the city center, or 2 stops with the Uban.

We like to go out with friends or go to the gym, travel , or stay at home and just relax.

We do not have activities together all the times, as we like that everyone does what suits them and makes them comfortable.

We are looking for someone who is also quiet and clean, as we share the bathroom and the kitchen and it is very important to have a clean shared space.
