Schöne ruhige WG! Das Haus hat eine Außenterrase und Garten, die man mitbenutzen kann. Grillen etc kein Problem. Es liegt sehr zentral und ruhig ca. nur 300m von der Schwaben-Galerie entfernt. Matratze, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, sowie eine vollausgestattete Küche. Man kann aber auch eigene Möbel bringen. Der Boden ist mit Mamorfließen (Badezimmer, Gäste-WC) und Parkett (Zimmer) belegt. Das Hause hat zwei Badezimmer mit einer sehr großen Badewanne und Dusche. Dazu ist ein Gäste-WC vorhanden und ein Wohnzimmer im UG. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und möbliert. Als Mieter bekommt man außerdem Zugriff auf einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, sowie Kellerraum. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden.

Das Gebäude befindet sich auf der ruhigen Alpenrosenstraße in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. Die Nachberschaft ist sehr ruhig, jedoch enthält auch viele andere Studenten-WGs durch die Nähe an die Universität. In nur 20m Entfernung befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der man in nur einer Haltestelle (2 min) das Zentrum Vaihingens erreicht, oder in 5 Haltestellen (10 min) den Bahnhof Vaihingen. Von dort kann man sämtliche S-Bahnen (S1,S2,S3) in die Stuttgarter Innenstadt, sodass man von der Hausür in 20min in die Innenstadt kommt. Zur Haltestelle Stuttgart Universität kommt man ebenso über die Haltestelle Vaihingen Bahnhof in nur 10min.

Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und international. Die sind Akademiker oder Master-Studenten der Uni Vaihingen und Berufstätige. Es wird des Öfteren zusammen gekocht und gemeinsame Aktivitäten werden organisiert. Es gibt einen Putzplan bei dem sich alle beteiligen, um die gemeinsamen Raüme sauber zu halten.

Außerdem befindet sich in dem Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss die Waschmaschine, die von allen Mitbewohnern benutzt werden darf.

Im Kühlschrank gilt ebenfalls eine Aufteilung, sodass jeder seine Lebensmittel plazieren und finden kann. Die Küche hat 5 Ceran-Kochfelder, sowie einen Ofen und genug Schubladen für alle Mitbewohner. Es gibt außerdem genug Abstellplätze für Fahrräder, sowie sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
