Ich suche eine*n Untermieter*in für mein 18qm möbliertes WG Zimmer im Zeitraum März bis August 2025. Es besteht die Chance auf Übernahme des Zimmers ab September. Es handelt sich um eine 3-Personen-WG. Das Zimmer wird mit Möbeln des Vermieters bereitgestellt (Bett). Die restlichen Möbel stammen von mir (Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Regale). Der monatliche Mietpreis liegt bei 550 Euro. Zusätzlich kommen Kosten wie WLAN und Rundfunk dazu und werden durch uns Mitbewohner aufgeteilt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stuttgart-West, nahegelegen zum Stadtzentrum und mit Anbindung an U-Bahn (Schloss-/Johannesstraße, 3 min. zu Fuß) und S-Bahn (Feuersee, 10 min. zu Fuß). Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Edeka, Netto, Aldi, Bäckereien, Ärztehaus, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars und viele weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Park, Theater und Garten). Man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

The kitchen is cozy and has a balcony. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower tub. In the WG we understand each other very well, are very open and want to pay attention to good cooperation. We pay attention to cleanliness and have a weekly cleaning plan.

Currently Annika (23), trainees reside in an advertising agency, and Tara (21), student at the ABK, in the apartment. Both attach importance to the uncomplicated, friendly coexistence. Everyone respects the free spaces and resting needs of others, so that a relaxed common living prevails.
