Two great rooms, with large windows, will be released on March 1, 2025, with us in the west. 🏘️
Unfortunately we leave, at the end of February, our two great roommates, Kathi & Romy.
This also means a new possibility for our small WG ☺️
The two rooms, which become free, have a size of 24qm & 17qm, are next to each other, to the south side. ☀️
Both rooms have deep windows and typical high old building ceilings. The rooms are partly pre-furnished (bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table and desk).
The room with 24sqm comes 655€ cold + 95€ additional costs = 750€. (Here a wardrobe should be removed for 50€.)
The room with 17sqm comes 500€ cold + 85€ additional costs = 585€. 🔨
Deposit is double the cold rent.
Our landlord is a slightly older but rather nice man, leaving us almost always alone, unless repairs or other things are in the apartment. He talks about it briefly with one of and by phone or WhatsApp and then it was already. He is very helpful, always responds very quickly and is open to everything. 🤝🏻
The rooms are available from 01.03.2025 and can be partially flexible, in agreement, also a little earlier or a few days later. 🎉
The WG is located in the middle of the beautiful Stuttgarter Westen near the Hasenbergsteige. It is located directly at the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße (about 3 minutes walk). The lake is also just a few steps (800 meters). In supermarkets nearby, like Edeka, Rewe and Penny, we don't have to. A DM, a pharmacy and a lid are also around the corner. There are also many cool small cafés, great restaurants, bars and bakeries. ☕️
We, the remaining, Hanna (27) and Robin (28) are happy to meet you 😁😉.
Kathi leaves our WG and moves to Lisbon for a few months to write her master thesis there, then will probably continue to work in another German city. Romy has found something own for himself.
Hanna is doing her lecture and Robin's bachelor's thesis. 🙋🏻
A common WG life is very important to us. Talk, cook or do something together in the kitchen in the evening. We often enjoy the time together in the kitchen after dinner or walk a round & walk. In summer we like to be on our small but fine balcony. 🏃🏻
Of course, everyone can take back in the room and have time for themselves. 😁
We place a lot of value on hygiene and identity. We believe that every task can be done in the week, as we all want to feel comfortable in the WG. 🧽
Our balcony is as easy to see on the picture, especially in winter mode - in summer but we enjoy many summer evenings together here. 🪻
