Our landlord places value on a balance of the sexes, so we are looking for a new roommate.
Hello :) as I will go on trip, my beautiful and cozy room will be free.
The room is 10sqm and is fully equipped. The bed including mattress, wardrobe and desk as well as the suspension rack I would leave for 300€ detachment in the room.
The facility was newly bought about 5/6 years ago and is therefore in good condition.
The size of the room is optimally used due to the room layout, I occasionally train here and work 3 days a week in the home office, everything without restrictions.
The WG is centrally located just 2 minutes from the lake of fire.
The S-Bahn, the bus and the subway are within walking distance.
The WG is located in a side street and is very quiet, the room also shows in the backyard, so you don't get anything.
Butchers, bakeries, pharmacies and a small Turkish shop are within 1-2 minutes walk.
The Rewe, Edeka, DM and Penny in Schwabstraße are within 5-7min walking distance, a Lidl is about 10min away.
Within 10-15min you can be in the city center or at the Gerber, or you can easily drive an S-Bahn station.
Since we live on the trunk line, every S-Bahn line stops here.
Döner but also bars and clubs are within walking distance, which is a huge plus point on the weekend!
Your new roommates are:
Klara (24) finished her aging for anaesthesia nurse next year. She's a lot on the go with friends and is thrilled for sports (among others running, frisbee and gym) and is always for good food.
David (30) studies animation at the film academy in Ludwigsburg, is also interested in films and series and is always available for a film evening. Otherwise he likes to go on a beer or a cocktail in one of the Stuttgart bars.
Valentin(25) studies planning and participation at the University of Stuttgart and likes to go to the gym, in record stores or just play double head into the next pub.
Film evenings, celebrate on weekends or go to a bar or cook and sports are occasional WG activities, according to the motto: everything can, nothing has to.
In the entire house only WGs live and there is a house WhatsApp group, so living together is very relaxed.
