Das Zimmer (ideal für zwei) ist ca 16 m2 groß, hat Parkettboden und weiß tapezierte Wände und ein Fenster nach Westen mit Rolladen. Eine Wand geht in eine Dachschräge über. Es ist im Grunde leer, bei der Möblierung können wir gerne nach Bedarf helfen.
Das Herz der Wohnung ist unser gemeinsamer Wohnraum, das Zimmer dein ganz privater Rückzugsort.

The large 16 m² room is ideal for two, it has parquet flooring and white wallpapered walls and a west-facing window with shutters. One wall leads into a sloping roof. It is fairly empty, but we can help with the furnishing if needed.
Our shared living space is the heart of the apartment, and the room is your very own private retreat.
The house is to reach Stuttgart-typically via a few stairs leading from the road to the front doors of our and the opposite house. The older couple among us manages this also day after day.
It is only a few minutes at the Hölderlinplatz, but can also run up to the Kräherwald in 15-20 minutes. The neighborhood is rather quiet, but urban, and our direct neighbors are super nice. Because of the construction site, the 40's bus just goes up the mountain, but it's probably over in one or two months. For this you have the U4 at Hölderlinplatz and is at Dillmannstr in 10 min. (43 bus) and the Rosenberg/Johannesstr. (41 + 42 bus).
Supermarkets etc. are just minutes away.

The house (as is typical for Stuttgart) is accessible via a few stairs that lead from the street to the front doors of our house and the house beside us. Our older neighbours manage the steps day in, and day out.
You can get to Hölderlinplatz in just a few minutes, or tilting walk up to Kräherwald in 15-20 minutes. The neighborhood is rather quiet, but urban, and our immediate neighbors are super nice. Wir sind Anne und Nikita.
Anne macht gerade ihre Masterarbeit an der Aka in Architektur und ist bis Februar viel beschäftigt, aber sonst gerne sehr aktiv bei gemeinsamen (Alltags)-Aktivitäten.
Nikita arbeitet beim Theater in der Requisite und hat auch in der WG viel kreative Energie.
Wir sind beide unterschiedlich und ähnlich, und so wirst du vermutlich auch sein, deswegen ist Kommunikation wichtig in unserem Zusammenleben. Wir möchten, dass es uns allen gut miteinander geht!
Ein paar gemeinsame Interessen sind kreative Aktivitäten, Gesellschaftsspiele, Musik und Sport, aber auch Ruhe, Lesen, diskutieren oder raus gehen. Wir essen gerne zusammen. :)

We are Anne and Nikita.
Anne is currently doing her master's thesis in architecture at the Aka and is very busy until February, but otherwise likes to be very active in joint (everyday) activities.
Nikita works irregular hours in the props department at the theater and also has a lot of creative energy in the shared apartment.
We are both different and similar, and you will probably be too, so communication is important in getting along well and enjoying our life together.
A few common interests are creative activities, board games, music and sports, but also rest, reading, discussing or going out. We like to eat together. :)
