Hey together, as my roommate pulls out because of love, I am looking for a new roommate / roommate in a spacious two WG in Stuttgart West. The offered room is about 24sqm, quiet (direction courtyard) and bright. In the entire apartment a great real wood parquet laid. Since the apartment is in the 4. We have a beautiful view over the roofs of Stuttgart. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas cooker, washing and dishwasher), but unfortunately we do not have a balcony.

The WG is located in the best location on the Bismarckplatz in the West of Stuttgart, so everything can be easily reached on foot. In the immediate vicinity there are several shops (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, DM,...) as well as restaurants, cafes and bars. The subway stop Schwab-/Bebelstraße is no five minutes walk and the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße is about a similar distance. The bus stop Bismarckplatz is located just outside the front door.

I am not looking for a supplement for a purpose WG, but would also be happy if we were to do joint activities (sports, cinema, concerts) or dinner together. Of course, all this is not a “force or must” and should simply arise naturally if we understand each other well. Of course, their own rooms offer a retreat if someone is not interested in company or simply needs his peace. Everything just relaxed and easy! To ensure that our landlord is satisfied and our life in the WG is halfway compatible, you should also be professional.
