Your room (about 18 m2) is located in the 2nd OG in a renovated old building, in the beautiful Stuttgart west.
Small, but fine, it's best.:)
A high-quality fitted kitchen and a washing machine including dryer and dishwasher are available. From the kitchen you get to the covered balcony, which we use as a storage area. Bathroom and toilet are separated from each other.
The apartment is super central and yet quiet. All shopping and dining options are nearby.
You don't have it far to celebrate.:)
Right around the corner is a small park.
The next S-Bahn stop (Schwabstraße) as well as subway and bus are all approx. 5 minutes walk.
DHBW Location Rothebühlstraße: 5 min running
Uni Stuttgart: about 15 min with the Öffis
Uni Vaihingen: about 15 min with the Öffis
etc.
We (Floria, 20, and Martha, 21) have been living together for a year now – a year characterized by laughter, good food and legendary quotes.
Since our third member, Julius, will unfortunately leave us from February, we are looking for you now!
Some more words about us:
Martha, our WG-Mutti, manages by her loving way to give a good mood again even after a stressful day. Their always positive way is just as enviable as the fact that one of us has been following their New Year's agenda deeds and is now veganly fed.
Even though it is basically against the ambitious type of Floria, it must be beaten this year with its New Year's proposals. But by her very hearty and humorous way, she's good at it. You may have to plug in – because Floria prefers to express her love by a spell that is not always very serious.
A saying that you should take seriously is: “Augen at the choice of studies!” Unfortunately, the presence in our subjects of study (architecture and social work) is too often asked. Nevertheless, we often manage to cook together, to do something or to chat with a glass of wine (or similar) in the evening.
Since we want to complete our funny bunch again, we are looking for an open, enjoyable and spontaneous person.
Shortly to the popular topic Putzen:
A cleaning plan has so far been superfluous as it has worked so well. However, we would describe ourselves as neat and clean and would like to maintain this in the future.
Also good to know:
We are a non-smoking WG and unfortunately we cannot accept animals.
