Hello future roommate,
we are looking for a new roommate for our 4s WG in the beautiful Stuttgart West. The location could hardly be better: to the underground station Schloss-/Johannesstraße it is only 2 minutes walk, to the S-Bahn station Feuersee about 10 minutes. Our area has a lot to offer – numerous cafés, bars and restaurants as well as the fire lake right around the corner. In the middle of town you are in 10-15min. In short: Super centrally located in a charming environment.
The room is 22 sqm, has a large window front and is therefore super bright. It is rented unfurnished, but offers enough space for your interior ideas. In the WG there are everything you need for everyday life: washing machine, dishwasher, sieve carrier coffee machine, suction robot, kettle, toaster, bread baking machine, mixer – just around, a top equipped kitchen. In the living room we have a cozy sofa and a large TV – perfect for relaxed movie evenings. Thanks to elevator, the on/off draw is also easy to make.
We started once as a Studi-WG, but now everyone has arrived in professional life. Let's throw a WG party at a time. Otherwise, we will also like to spend evenings together during cooking, bullying or playing.
