In our super central 3 WG, my room is free, as I move to my own apartment on 01.03.2025. The room includes about 15m2 in our 3 room apartment incl. Balcony.
The apartment was relocated in April 2021 after a core renovation and is therefore very well equipped. These include real wood floors, a modern, new kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and a bathroom with a large, walk-in shower. Basically, all rooms have electric shutters and floor heating. Thanks to the new windows, despite the very central location, nothing can be heard from the city traffic.
I'd be happy to hand over the bed and some of the furniture to a detachment, but we can talk about it again.
The apartment is located in a very central but still quiet location in a side street in the west of Stuttgart.
The S-Bahn stations Rotebühlplatz (city center) and Feuersee are both within 7 minutes walking distance. The underground station Berliner Platz is only 300 metres away, allowing the main station to be reached in less than 10 minutes with the lines U1, U9.
With an inhabitant's parking card, you can also park directly in front of the door in the numerous side streets at a cost-effective (about 35 € per year).
Currently living in the apartment Sebastian (29), Isabelle (27) and I (Hannes, 24). I have been living in the WG since April 2021. Isabelle joined in August 2023 and Sebastian has been our youngest member for about three months. My room will be free as I move into my own apartment.
We are all employed in different areas. Sebastian works at PWC and Isabelle at the Steinbeis Innovationszentrum Energieplus.
At present we are all professional, but we are open to students.
Although a fourth common room is missing in the 3-room apartment, this has never disturbed us in our WG life. Both the large balcony and the modern kitchen and the spacious hall provide enough space for common evenings. With regard to WG life, it was obvious that even without a cleaning plan there was a certain order and cleanliness. The typical Swabian Kehrwoche is dispensed with, as the rent includes a master house service.
As already mentioned, the apartment was relocated by us in 2021 after a core renovation. Accordingly, a large part of the purchases (washing machine, dryer, furniture and lamps in hallway, kitchen and bathroom) were made jointly. We will certainly agree on a fair deal.
The apartment has internet of O2 with a speed of 500 Mbit/s. Each room also has a LAN connection.
In addition to the apartment there is a shared laundry room in which our washing machine and dryer is accommodated. Also include a closable basement compartment and a communal bicycle room on the ground floor to the apartment.
