Die EBK ist komplett neu und mit einer Spülmaschine und einer Waschmaschine versehen.
Die Wohnung besitzt einen Garten, in dem man im Sommer grillen und als WG zusammen sitzen kann. Zudem kommt, das das komplette Haus ein WG Haus ist. Gerne kommt man daher auch mal im Sommer mit WG´s aus dem Haus zusammen.
