Short to the Hard Facts: We live in a villa in the 12th, but are spread over 3 floors with 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. The house hall is open, which means we are a great one together:)
From 01.03.2025 a room will be free.
The room is located in the second floor of our villa and has a cozy charm.
The entire villa was completely renovated 2 years ago and has since been used as a mixed car, it covers a total of 3 floors.
The welcoming house floor is also used as a common room and is accordingly set up.

Das Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten OG unserer Villa und hat einen gemütlichen Charme.
Die gesamte Villa wurde vor 2 Jahren kernsaniert und wird seitdem als gemischte Wg genutzt, sie erstreckt sich über insgesamt 3 Stockwerke.
Der einladende Hausflur wird auch als Gemeinschaftsraum verwendet und ist dementsprechend eingerichtet.
Oben drauf haben wir wirklich großzügige Gemeinschaftsräume mit einem Esstisch für uns und unsere Freunde, unsere Sofa Ecke, die traumhafte Terasse mit Feuerstelle, ein wunderschönes Treppenhaus, neue Bäder mit Regendusche und komplett ausgestattete Küchen mit Spülmaschine und co.
In der Miete von 550€ ist alles enthalten, da kommt kein Cent mehr oben drauf. Selbst unsere Putzfee, die alle 2 Wochen kommt.
Ich würde gerne mein Bett da lassen, sowie mein Kleiderschrank. Dafür hätte ich gerne 200€

Das nächste Fitnessstudio, eine Tankstelle und der Rewe sind auch direkt um die Ecke, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht in der Nähe.
