The 17 sqm - room is beautifully bright with two windows in the respective areas. Despite the attic, it is pleasant in summer. It is furnished with a large built-in wardrobe that offers plenty of storage space.
Our spacious WG in 4. Floor has an attic which extends over the entire apartment and offers plenty of additional storage space. There is plenty of room in the hallway for dishes, wardrobes, shoe racks and any criminals. Our large bathroom is equipped with a shower bath, sink and washing machine. There is also plenty of room to hang up his laundry for drying.
The toilet is separated from the bathroom, which is especially beneficial in the morning:) .
The cosy kitchen overlooks the boiler of Stuttgart and has a top equipment with gas stove, electric oven, microwave and even dishwasher. We also use two refrigerators and are able to cope with them very well. If the attic is not sufficient, there is an additional basement compartment for the bicycle or the like.
Thanks to our fleet of 100 Mbits/s internet connection, the room is also suitable for home office or the like.
The discount for the furniture of the room is based on a negotiation basis.
Our WG is located in a very convenient location in Reuchlinstraße in Stuttgart.
It is a quiet side street without traffic noise despite central location. S-Bahn and several bus lines can be reached within 1 minute. The city centre is also 20 minutes walk away.
Here you benefit from a variety of amenities that make life easier for you. In the immediate vicinity you will find a wealth of shopping facilities (Edeka, Rewe, DM, Penny) where you can comfortably complete your supplies.
In our neighborhood there are a number of cozy bars and restaurants that invite you to stay. Karlshöhe and other public parks are nearby.
A room is free in our WG. You would live with Aziza and Anna
Anna (26J) Information design student at the University of Media in Vaihingen. Be it when cooking, painting or nightly adventures, it leaves its creative vein free.
Aziza studies social sciences and likes to meet her friends and family. She is a passionate singer, likes to go to the city to concerts or social evenings in bars or spends a relaxed evening with crochets and tea in the WG.
We like to spend time together, whether in a morning cappuccino or a joint movie in the evening. According to the motto: everything can be nothing;). For us, a relaxed approach is important in which all individual needs are taken into account.
We are happy to welcome a new character in our WG.
