looking for a new WG?
I'm glad you came across our ad.
From 01.03.2025 a room is free in our nice 3er-WG.
The room is nicely bright, has 1 large window and is about 9 sqm.
Currently the room is fully furnished.
With bed, desk, shelf, mirror, so you could move in immediately.
The house is located on a very quiet side street where you can park well.
Rent (incl. Nk): EUR 375.00
For the rent of 375,00 EUR there are 60,00 EUR additional costs for gas and electricity + internet.
These are collected within the WG and then paid to the EnbW for gas and electricity.
Our apartment is very cozy overall, the bathroom is shower and bathtub.
The kitchen has many helpful household appliances. There is also a washing machine.
We are in the DG of a semi-detached house with many young WGs. With a great garden where you can grill well, whether summer or winter.
There is also a clothes rack and here the bikes are parked. The area is very relaxed, with many pre-gardens and without much traffic noise.
The house is about 4 minutes' walk (if you can run, you can also make it in 2 ;) ) from the underground station Wallgraben and 10 minutes from the S-Bahn stop Vaihingen Bahnhof.
In the city you need about 15 min with the U12.
If you go to Stuttgart University or to HdM, you are in approx. 10 min bus or train ride there.
Hohenheimer Student: Inside take the U3 to Plieninger Bahnhof. All right.
In addition, there are bakers, butchers, vegetable shop and pharmacy directly around the corner and to Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Edeka or Kaufland it is also not far (2 min by train, 5 by bike or 8 min walk) in the Vaihinger town centre.
