Vermietet werden 2 Zimmer an eine Person, somit hat jeder seinen eigenen Bereich von etwa 35m2. Küche, Bad, Klo und Abstellraum teilen wir uns, sowie die Terrasse und den Garten. Ein Zimmer ist etwas kleiner und seitlich ausgerichtet, das andere nach vorne mit tollem Blick über Stuttgart und Lichteinfall ganztägig. Aktuell wohnen noch die Vormieter in der Wohnung, die ihre Möbel mitnehmen, demnach werden die Zimmer unmöbiliert vermietet.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Fußläufig ist die Innenstadt in 20min erreichbar, die Buslinie 43 in 5min, sowie ein Edeka.

Ich (25) bin dieses Jahr mit meinem Master fertig geworden und habe während meines gesamten Studiums in WGs gelebt. Im Oktober habe ich nun angefangen zu arbeiten. Ich fände es sehr schön, wenn wir uns gut miteinander verstehen und gerne auch mal etwas gemeinsam kochen, brauche manchmal aber auch etwas Zeit für mich zum runterkommen.
