In our Achter-WG a room is free – and we are looking for it! 😊
The 20sqm room is located directly on the Rotebühlstraße and has a large window front that floods the room and makes it friendly. The window front can even be used like a small balcony – perfect for fresh air or a short break.
To the apartment:
Our apartment is located on the first floor and has everything you need for a cozy WG life. There are two bright bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen that we renovated during Corona. The kitchen is the heart of the WG, where we often come together. In addition, we have set up a small, welcoming corner, which serves as a living room – ideal for common evenings, games, a glass of wine or simply relaxing togetherness.
We are fully equipped, from coffee mill to airfryer – everything the culinary heart desires! A special highlight is our garage roof, which we have prepared as a terrace. In summer we often spend cozy evenings together. In addition, our WG also includes a Schrebergarten just outside, which we use for grilling, gardening or sunbathing. The garden is a joint project with other friends – so please bring your people with you!
Once a week a cleaning power comes for the community areas – the costs are included in the rent. Speaking of rent: The additional costs are already included, there are no repayments, and the energy costs remain stable.
Our apartment is located in the west of Stuttgart, in the immediate vicinity of the Feuersee. Admittedly, he may not be the most beautiful, but a little water always does well, right?
In the area there are everything you need: Rewe, Edeka, DM, banks and the S-Bahn station Schwabstraße, which will take you anywhere. The nearest subway is a little walk away. In the house there is even a diner shop that is run by the landlord – occasionally a free drink jumps out for us.
If you're looking for a little nature, you'll reach a forest trail on foot. At the same time, you are in the city centre in 10 minutes – perfect for spontaneous party evenings without night bus stress!
We are a colourful mix of students, working people and creative minds. What unites us is our familial way and the desire for a communion. We like to spend time together, whether during cooking, celebration or relaxed conversations. At the same time, of course, we respect when someone wants to withdraw.
