The room is pleasantly cut and has a large window to the south. The apartment is on the first floor. There is also access to a small backyard and a small cellar room.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Stuttgart South, just two minutes from the nearest tram stop (Bihlplatz). Various restaurants (pizzeria opposite) and supermarkets are within walking distance. At Marienplatz you are in 2-3 minutes by train and in 15 minutes on foot.
The 3 WG is not a pure purpose WG. Although the inhabitants are often on the go, they are all the more happy when you see themselves and are spontaneously entertained, breakfast together or start joint actions.
