Your room is approx. 12sqm large, square cut and very bright. In the room you don't need a wardrobe because we have a very large PAX wardrobe in the hallway.

The apartment is a refurbished old building with the floor, high ceilings and other old building snapshot :)
From the kitchen with dining area a large balcony goes to the backyard, from the shared living room a small balcony towards the street. The bathroom is top equipped and has a bathtub, the toilet is separate.

The apartment is centrally located in the popular Stuttgart Heusteig district. Nice cafes are located around the corner, various supermarkets too, to Marienplatz there are about 10 minutes walk, to the next underground station Austrian Square also about 10 minutes, the nearest bus stop is about 4 minutes away. All needs of daily life (sports, shopping, walking, restaurants) can be satisfied in the next environment:)

So far I lived with a very good friend in this WG and look forward to something change in the new year. I am professional, sometimes at home office and look forward to a friendly, nice and relaxed living together. I don't cook very well, but I'm a fantastic assistant, I'm happy to be with friends: on the go, enjoy sports, but also like to hang around on the couch.

The total rent is incl. additional costs, gas, water, electricity and internet approx. 800 euros.
An intermediate rental from 01.02.2024 for a certain period would also be conceivable for me, the room could then also be left furnished.
