The room is bright and cozy. There are storage options that are already integrated in the wall.
I could possibly put you a bed and some furniture for the room if you're interested. We can discuss more about this before you arrive.
A visit is only possible from 1 March, as the apartment is only then covered. I can send you more pictures of the apartment if you're interested.
Die Lage ist äußerst gut. Zum einen sehr zentral mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV (S-/U-Bahn Nürnberger Straße bzw. Sommerrain).
Zum anderen befindet sich die Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und die Möglichkeit sich zu erholen.
Bad Cannstatt ist der größte Stadtbezirk Stuttgarts und hat einiges zu bieten.
Ich kenne mich hier recht gut aus und kann dir gerne die wichtigsten Sachen zeigen :)
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir keine reine Zweck-WG sind, sondern auch mal was zusammen kochen oder unternehmen.
Wir können auch gerne zusammen die Wohnung einrichten, ich bin da ganz offen. Letztlich sollst du dich auch in der WG richtig wohnfühlen :)
Selbstverständlich kannst du alles in der Wohnung mitbenutzen.
Natürlich können wir uns im Vorfeld kennenlernen, um zu schauen ob man sich eine gemeinsame WG vorstellen kann.
