The room with its 11 m2 offers everything you need for a cozy retreat. Through the window you have a direct view of the Neckar and the vineyards. In addition, a balcony is available for shared use, where you can also walk well. It's one of three rooms in the WG. In the hall there is a cozy dining table that serves as a common meeting place, so perfect for common food, great conversations and relaxed evenings. From here you can also find the kitchen and the two bathrooms. In addition, a cellar room belongs to the apartment, which offers further storage space.
The WG is located directly on the Neckar and offers a beautiful view of the river and vineyards from the kitchen and the hallway. The underground station is only 3 minutes walk away, from there you can reach the Charlottenplatz in 16 minutes. In the other direction, in about 5 minutes at the Max-Eyth Lake you are ideal for walks or jogging tours or simply for relaxing. Shops can be reached by foot or by metro.
The WG is inhabited by two warm and loving roommates: an art student and a music student. In the apartment there is a thoughtful and harmonious atmosphere in which everyone respects the well-being of others. Both are often on the go, but this does not exclude joint activities, common eating or collecting beautiful memories.
It is worth getting to know the two, because I can only report on a positive and enriching WG experience!
Organising topics such as the sharing of cleaning tasks or the use of common utensils can be clarified in a personal conversation. It is important that everything is fairly regulated and cleanliness kept in mind, so that living together remains smooth and pleasant.
