Lovely room in 3 WG Schönes Zimmer in 3er WG

The WG is located in a central, yet green location. If you cross the road, you can walk directly in the lower Schlossgarten/Rosensteinpark and from there in 30 minutes to the city centre and the railway station. There are two different railway stations (Metzstraße/Mineralbads) each within a 5-minute walk from which you can drive to the city (Hbf/Charlottenplatz). Right around the corner there is a supermarket, several restaurants and cafes and also mail and pharmacy are just one stop away 🏠

Die WG befindet sich in einer zentralen, aber dennoch grünen Lage. Wenn man die Straße überquert, ist man direkt im unteren Schlossgarten/Rosensteinpark und kann von dort aus in 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof laufen. In je 5 Gehminuten Entfernung gibt es zwei verschiedene Bahnstationen (Metzstraße/Mineralbäder), von denen man in 5 Minuten in die Stadt (Hbf/Charlottenplatz) fahren kann. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt, mehrere Restaurants und Cafés und auch Post und Apotheke sind nur eine Haltestelle entfernt 🏠

Carla and Tim are currently living in the WG. Both are very dear and relaxed roommates and always have for a common glass of wine or a cup of tea ☺️
Carla is 25 and studies interior architecture at HfT. If she isn't in the university she likes to meet with friends, looks Trash TV, likes to drink espresso Martini and is always there on a quiznight or pub tour. Tim is the sub-rent of Maike, who is semester abroad by the end of July and will then return to the WG. He studies architecture at the Master's. Maike is 25 and also studies architecture in the Master's degree at the University of Stuttgart. In addition to the university she works in a café and spends her free time with friends and sports.

In der WG wohnen aktuell Carla und Tim. Beide sind sehr liebe und entspannte Mitbewohner und für ein gemeinsames Gläschen Wein oder eine Tasse Tee immer zu haben ☺️
Carla ist 25 und studiert Innenarchitektur an der HfT. Wenn sie nicht in der Uni ist trifft sie sich gerne mit Freunden, schaut Trash TV, trinkt gerne Espresso Martini und ist bei einer Quiznight oder Kneipentour immer dabei. Tim ist der Untermieter von Maike, die bis Ende Juli im Auslandssemester ist und danach wieder in die WG ziehen wird. Er studiert im Master Architektur. Maike ist 25 und studiert ebenfalls Architektur im Master an der Uni Stuttgart. Neben der Uni arbeitet sie in einem Café und verbringt ihre Freizeit gerne mit Freunden und beim Sport.

We have always cooked together, made a game night and drank one or other bottle of wine. But of course, everyone has the opportunity to withdraw, so according to the motto: everything can, nothing has to. Generally, we are important for a thoughtful handling, cleanliness and order so that everyone feels comfortable here.

Wir haben immer mal wieder zusammen gekocht, einen Spieleabend gemacht und die ein oder andere Flasche Wein getrunken. Aber natürlich hat hier auch jeder die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen, also ganz nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss. Generell sind uns ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang, Sauberkeit und Ordnung wichtig, damit sich hier alle wohlfühlen.
