we are looking for another person for our 3-WG in Stuttgart-Mitte. The apartment is located directly at the metro stop Dobelstraße and therefore has various shopping options that can be reached on foot. We have a common living and dining room in which we often spend time together and always enjoy the visit of the others. Your room is 24sqm in size and can be rented either furnished or partly furnished. Entry and excerpt are flexible. The room would be theoretically available from now on and excerpt by appointment.
You'd live with Cara and me. Cara is 27 years old and works in marketing. She is also involved in the Scouts and is regularly skiing on the winter weekend. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Dobelstraße und verfügt daher über diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Wir haben ein gemeinsames Wohn- und Esszimmer, in dem wir zusammen oft Zeit verbringen und uns auch immer über den Besuch der Anderen freuen. Dein Zimmer ist 24qm groß und kann möbliert oder auch teilmöbliert gemietet werden. Einzug und Auszug sind flexibel. Das Zimmer wäre theoretisch ab sofort beziehbar und Auszug nach Absprache.
Du würdest mit Cara und mir zusammenwohnen. Cara ist 27 Jahre alt und arbeitet im Marketing. Zudem engagiert sie sich bei den Pfadfindern und ist an den Winterwochenenden regelmäßig Ski fahren. Ich, Lena, bin 24 Jahre alt, arbeite aktuell beim Land und auch reltiv viel von zuhause aus. In meiner Freizeit findest du mich oft im Gym. Unser 3. im Bunde ist Heiko. Er muss berufsbedingt für ein halbes Jahr ausziehen. Da er die Wochenenden dennoch gerne in Stuttgart verbringt, wäre er auch relativ oft zu Besuch bei mir.
