Hello,
A few words about me and the situation in the WG. Since my partner has new professional obligations far away from Stuttgart indefinitely, we decided to rent a room in the apartment. First up to 28.02.2026 with the possibility of extension.
I live alone in a 4 room apartment, plus occasional visits to my partner. I'm 41 years old, I'm a professional musician. I work mainly in the musical theatre in the SI-Centrum. This means that I am often at home just before midnight.
The time of the wild WG parties is over for me. At home I enjoy a quiet atmosphere.
The room is fully furnished, of course the kitchen, living room and also the bathroom are shared. There are 2 refrigerators. I'm sure a common mode can be found quickly.
1 x per approx. Three months you have a week.
