Our WG is located in the Tangegartnerstraße, directly near the SI center. Salzäcker Underground Station is a 3-minute walk away. From there you are with the U3 in just two stations in Plieningen – perfect for Studis at the University of Hohenheim! In the other direction you can quickly get to Vaihingen or via the Möhringer Train Station to the Stuttgart Center. If you have a car, you are also super connected via the B27.

Right around the corner there is a small organic market, a bakery and a postal branch – so everything you need for everyday life. In the SI centre you will also find a cinema, several bars and the Schwabentherme 😊

Unsere WG liegt in der Tangegartnerstraße, direkt in der Nähe des SI-Zentrums. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Salzäcker ist nur 3 entspannte Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort bist du mit der U3 in nur zwei Stationen in Plieningen – perfekt für Studis der Uni Hohenheim! In die andere Richtung kommst du schnell nach Vaihingen oder über den Möhringer Bahnhof ins Stuttgarter Zentrum. Falls du ein Auto hast, bist du über die B27 ebenfalls super angebunden.

Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Bio-Markt, eine Bäckerei und eine Postfiliale – also alles, was man für den Alltag so braucht. Im SI-Zentrum findest du zudem ein Kino, mehrere Bars und die Schwabentherme 😊

The room is fully furnished by the landlord, so you can move directly without moving stress! 😊 In addition, you have storage space in the WG's own basement compartment. Warm rental is 510 euros.
