The house is located near the U13 (about 5 min walk) and S1 (about 10 min walk) in a quiet, friendly residential settlement. A resident parking card can be applied for 3 months, 6 months or 1 year for the main residence registration online at the city of Stuttgart. Annual price €30.70. A few streets are available free of charge without ID.
The main railway station is about 20 min
The campus Vaihingen is approx. 30 min
After Feuerbach it is about 25 min

A supermarket is about 10 minutes walk away. There are several pharmacies in the town, general and specialist doctors as well. Nearby vineyards and greenery in the area invite you to hiking or cycling. Excursion destinations are also easily accessible.

There are 2 covered bicycle stands and behind the house an inviting fully equipped barbecue terrace incl. Wooden bar grills and seating. A garden part with trees and shrubs is also included.

Es gibt 2 überdachte Fahrradständer und hinter demHaus eine einladende vollausgestattete Grillterrasse inkl. Holzkohlestandgrills und Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Gartenteil mit Bäumen und Sträuchern gehört ebenfalls dazu.

Im Haus befinden sich 4 WG`s (insgesamt 16 Zimmer)

All students living in the WG house, trainees, interns and also the newly added are looking forward to open-minded roommates. You can be for yourself or be friends with the other housers, it is a beautiful community.

There are shared WG evenings and organised trips, you can take the initiative yourself. The common rooms are clean and tidy, partly with and without a cleaning plan and invite you to feel good. Keeping clean is part of the rental agreement and is controlled if necessary without notice.

Alle im WG-Haus wohnenden Studenten, Azubis, Praktikanten und auch die neu dazukommenden freuen sich auf aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner. Man kann für sich sein oder sich mit den anderen Hausbewohnern anfreunden, es ist eine schöne Gemeinschaft.

Es gibt gemeinsame WG-Abende und organisierte Ausflüge, man darf gerne selber die Initiative ergreifen. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sauber und ordentlich, teils mit und ohne Putzplan und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Sauberhalten ist Bestandteil des Mietvertrages und wird bei Notwendigkeit ohne Ankündigung kontrolliert.

Die Mietdauer beträgt maximal 4 Jahre, die Miete wird trotz steigender Energiekosten während des Mietzeitraums nicht erhöht.
