The room is flooded, with fantastic views of Stuttgart. Large cabinet with various storage options. A sofa, a large bed, desk, small closet are part of the furnishing.
The computer in the pictures belong to the current tenant and do not belong to the furniture!

The bathroom is renovated with walk-in shower, the kitchen has only been completely rebuilt for a few months and equipped with a large freezer.

The ÖPNV can be reached in 1 minute walk.

Top location with views of Stuttgart, five minutes to the nature reserve and the forest, and still only 15 minutes with the ÖPNV to the Stuttgart Center. The bus (99) can be reached in 1 min walking distance, subway (U15) in 8 min and S6 in 5 min by bus.

Motorway connection (B27, B10 & A81) is available and allows quick commutation to Kornwestheim, Ludwigsburg, Heilbronn and surroundings. Perfect for Porsche, Siemens or Bosch employees because they are very short. But also to all other big companies in the area.
