In our beautiful and cozy WG there are 4 rooms. The living room offers enough space to invite friends. The kitchen is equipped with a large dining table where you can eat together. Shower and toilet are in separate rooms. The room to rent is not furnished.

From the WG you are in 5 min walk at the next underground station Austrian Square (U1,U9,U34) and in about 10 min walk to downtown. On the ground floor there is a super stone oven pizza service and directly opposite is the gym "Fit one" as well as a lid with bakery, which also has open on Sundays.
BioLäden and a REWE supermarket are in the immediate vicinity.
The WG is located in the centre of Stuttgart, clubs, bars and shopping facilities of all kinds are easily accessible.
Everything can't have to be done, everyone is allowed to do what they want, mutual consideration and mindfulness is extremely important to us. There is a cleaning plan, like in many WGs. We like to celebrate, cook together or listen to music and naturally try to support each other. Otherwise we enjoy life in our beautiful old building WG.
In our WG there is no place for discrimination of any kind!

There is a cellar room that is mostly empty because it is not dry. For bicycles there is space in the lockable backyard. It is important that the shower is dried after the shower, otherwise it will quickly form mold;)
Bicycles can be parked in the lockable backyard. For the recently purchased stove and refrigerator, the purchase costs are distributed proportionally refrigerator: 100€ stove: 90€
