The room is about 17 square meters and has two large windows to the courtyard.
Like all rooms, this high ceiling and traditional wood parquet has.
In the heart of the West - 5 min to the S-Bahn (here all lines) and 1 min to the 42 or 92 bus. Numerous shopping facilities are in front of the front door. The Rewe City and Edeka are both 3 min away, Penny approx. 7 min and Aldi, Lidl and Obi are 15 min walk or 7 min by bus. Super pizzeria, sushi restaurant, burger shops, bars and cafes and pubs are just around the corner. It can also be well run in 15 to 20 min.
On the Karlovy Vary or on the lake you are also in 10 min :)
You will live with Sue (24), Chris (28) and Tim (28). Chris has been living in the WG for 1.5 years, Tim has been about 2 years and Sue has rejoined us in August.
We are a very varied WG in terms of study/work, day rhythm, leisure and friends. Chris doctorate, Tim works as a development engineer and Sue studies at the HDM.
To maintain the balance in the WG, we are looking for a female roommate who is also about our age.
The WG life is quite enjoyed: joint film & cooking evenings, celebrations, common barbecue in the courtyard garden ... everything is possible :) In most cases, evening planning develops spontaneously when everyone meets in the living room. However, always with the necessary clearance and tranquility.
The WG has a living room with sofa bed, TV and dining table, where cozy evenings can be spent. Toilet and bathroom are separated, which is really great for 4 people. The washing machine is also in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and a gas oven - but we do not have a dishwasher. There is a small terrace behind the kitchen. There is also a bicycle and storage room in the basement.
Every week, one of us is allowed to clean through the apartment - neat, but we are not a cleaning fanatic. There is also a "WG cash register" for common expenditure. Otherwise, the rent is all-inclusive.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01. März frei. :)
