We are looking for a rental agent or a rental agent for Tsend's room that fits well into the house. The room is located in the roof of a student & Azubi house in Stuttgart-Kaltental.
From the room you have a quite wide view over the Kaltental. Smoking is not desired in the room and the apartment.
In the basement there is a laundry room incl. Washing machine, the attic can be used to store things
The room is furnished as it can be seen in the pictures (I am Simon and write this here as a landlord). This is all included in the rent.
The house is located about 100m from the metro stops Kaltental & Engelboldstraße and still very quiet. With the Ubahn or bicycle you can reach Stuttgart-Süd, Vaihingen or the University of Stuttgart in a few minutes. In Kaltental itself you will find a baker, kiosk and a small grocery store in 2-3 minutes.
If you have a car there are enough parking spaces in the neighborhood.
The house consists of 3 apartments in which a total of 8 inhabitants live. In the attic there is a kitchen and a toilet, the two bathrooms are located on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. Here students live as well as azubis and you always find connection when you look for it. We do not have any concrete ideas, we are happy about nice open-minded & uncomplicated people. If you find yourself in it we are happy to hear from you!
The kitchen is fully equipped, you don't have to bring anything except you have a hot air fryer.
In the rent are all additional costs incl. Electricity, 500mbit Wi-Fi internet, garbage etc. included.
Sightseeing is possible on site or digitally. If you don't speak German we are very happy about English :))
