The room is the largest in the WG with a distance of 30m2. The window front brings a lot of light and great views, but unfortunately also a lot of noise, as the room is oriented directly towards the B27. The windows insulate the sound well, but whoever likes it quietly is missing here. Otherwise it is super spacious and at the same time very cozy. The room is furnished (mainly full wood furniture - 1,60s bed, wardrobe, sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, shelf, armchair etc.). Cabinets etc. are, of course, completely empty. If the period does not fit exactly for you, we can also see how we can get there;)
The location of the WG is really great. The Degerloch underground station is reachable in 1 minute walk, the Degerloch bus station in 3. It is therefore in 10 minutes at the Schlossplatz and in 12 minutes at the Hbf. In addition, Degerloch also drives the gear train to Marienplatz.
In the immediate vicinity you can reach everything you need for life: Edeka, tegut, dm, Aldi, Pharmacy, Post and also Rewe do not need a 10 minute walk. It is therefore almost impossible to be better connected;)
And otherwise Degerloch is a nice spot. The TV tower is not far away, you have walked quickly in the vineyards or in the forest, or to Waldau, and there are many viewpoints nearby, from which you can look over the city.
Our current roommate Sarah goes to Strasbourg for half a year and therefore rents her room for this time. That's why we're on the lookout for a nice person, the pleasure has to supplement our threesomething. As a WG we are very warm and open and look for someone who wants to have a good relationship. Since we all have grown up for a while, we wish to have an independent and responsible person, with WG experience ;) Cleaning, taking garbage, etc. is regulated by a cleaning plan. We are all often on the go, but still find it nice when we meet in the kitchen and eat and talk together. In beautiful weather, our garden with terrace is perfect for a common barbecue. We also build some vegetables and fruits here.
Annina (27) moved to WG a year ago. She has been on Asia until last summer and has been working full-time in project management.
In her spare time she does a lot of sport and likes to drive motorbike passionately.
In addition, we are looking for a person for an indefinite room in our WG. Therefore, you will have friends with another loving person :)
