Hello dear apartment seekers,
in our 3rd WG in Umkirch will be a room free, and we are looking for a friendly new roommate!
If you're looking for a friendly coexistence and don't look for a purpose, this could be the right thing for you.
About us:
We are currently third, a colourful mix of working and studying mid-20 to late 30. We appreciate cooking together, talking or just letting the day end. If it results. And, of course, also respect when someone needs time for himself – all very relaxed.
The apartment:
Our apartment is centrally located in Umkirch, a quiet and charming community near Freiburg. There is a kitchen, a large bathroom with bathtub, a living room and a beautiful balcony that we love especially in summer. Upstairs there are 2 small rooms and a small bathroom.
Shops and public transport are easily accessible.
Both with the bike and the Öffies you need 30min in the city centre
What we wish:
You should be open, friendly and reliable – just someone who wants a real WG life. It is important to us that we all feel comfortable and create a pleasant atmosphere.
The big plus:
The landlord also holds horses.
If interest is to deal with the horses, this is probably not a problem at least that has always been like to see.
