Die Mitbewohner sind alle international. Die meisten wohnen hier schon ein paar Jahre. Es sind alles berufstätige, ruhige, ordentliche Bewohner, die nach der Arbeit ihren Feierabend für sich in Ruhe genießen.
Das Alter der Bewohner liegt zwischen 30-50 Jahren.
Es ist eine Zweck-WG. Es gibt keine Küche und keinen Aufenthaltsbereich. Die Bewohner können auf selbst mitgebrachter Kochplatte im Zimmer kleine Speisen zubereiten.
Eine Mikrowelle, ein Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher stehen im Flur allen zur Verfügung.
Eine Münzwaschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner befinden sich im Bad.
Das WC wird gemeinschaftlich benutzt. Ein Putzdienst für WC/ Bad/ Flur/ Treppe wird wöchentlich durchgeführt.
Es wohnen keine Partymenschen hier und daher suchen wir auch eine/n passende/n NachmieterIn.

The flatmates are all international. Most of them have lived here for a few years. They are all working, quiet, tidy residents who enjoy a quiet evening for themselves after work.
The residents are between 30-50 years old.
It is a functional shared flat. There is no kitchen and no lounge area. Residents can prepare small meals in their rooms on their own hotplates.
A microwave, fridge and kettle are available to everyone in the hallway.
There is a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom.
The WC is shared. A cleaning service for the WC/bathroom/hallway/stairs is provided on a weekly basis.
There are no party people living here and therefore we are also looking for a suitable new tenant.
