*Wohngemeinschaft im Herzen von Saint-Louis, Frankreich*
*Die Wohnung:* Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am Marktplatz und wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert. Sie besteht aus vier voll möblierten Zimmern im modernen Stil, die zwischen 10 und 15 m² groß sind. Die Gemeinschaftsräume – darunter eine große offene Küche, ein geräumiges Ess- und Wohnzimmer wurden ebenfalls neu renoviert und sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es noch zwei große Süd-Terrassen, sowie zwei Duschen, eine separate Toilette, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. High-Speed-Fibre-Internet ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
*Zimmer und Preise:*
- Zimmer 1: 15 m² = 520 €
- Zimmer 2: 12 m² = 460 €
- Zimmer 3: 12 m² = 460 €
- Zimmer 4: 10 m² mit Zugang zur Terrasse = 460 €
*Zu allen Zimmern kommen Nebenkosten in Höhe von 80 € hinzu sowie eine Kaution (2 Monatsmieten).

*The Apartment:*Our apartment is situated right on the market square and has been completely renovated recently. It consists of four fully furnished rooms in a modern style, ranging in size from 10 to 15 m². The common areas, including a large open kitchen, a spacious dining and living room, have also been newly renovated and are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there are two large south-facing terraces, two showers, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and dryer. High-speed fiber internet is also available.
*Rooms and Prices:*
- Room 1: 15 m² = 520 €
- Room 2: 12 m² = 460 €
- Room 3: 12 m² = 460 €
- Room 4: 10 m² with access to the terrace = 460 €
*Additional utility costs of 80 € apply to all rooms, along with a deposit (2 months' rent).*
There are many free parking spaces in the area, such as at the Forum, in the blue zones, and around the market square.
*Lage:* Unsere WG befindet sich im Zentrum von Saint-Louis, nur wenige Minuten von der schweizer- und der deutschen Grenze entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist der Flughafen in 10 Minuten erreichbar, der Bahnhof in 10 Minuten zu Fuss und die Tramstation in die Schweiz ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zusätzlich gibt es neben unserer Wohnung Busshaltestellen. Um unsere Wohnung herum gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Coiffeure, Banken, Bäckereien, Floristen, Restaurants, ein Kino und ein Theater.

*Location:* Our shared apartment is located in the center of Saint-Louis, just a few minutes from the Swiss and German borders. The airport is a 10-minute drive away, the train station is a 10-minute walk, and the tram station to Switzerland is also just 10 minutes away. Additionally, there are bus stops near our apartment. Around our place, you'll find numerous shopping options, hairdressers, banks, bakeries, florists, restaurants, a cinema, and a theater.
*Was uns wichtig ist:* Wir legen großen Wert auf Grundsauberkeit, gute Kommunikation (entweder in Deutsch oder Englisch), gegenseitige Akzeptanz und Rücksichtnahme, Offenheit und Spaß am Zusammenleben. Unsere WG ist queerfreundlich.
