**WG-Leben**:
Wir sind ein bunt durcheinander gewürfelter Haufen mit unterschiedlichen Nationen, Sprachen und Altersgruppen. Uns gibt es seit letztem Dezember 2024. Wir sind:
• Annemarie (64, aus Frankreich, pensionierte Krankenschwester, 2 Kinder, modebewusst, humorvoll, fürsorglich und immer auf Achse)
• Susanna (26, aus Deutschland, Sozialarbeiterin, humorvoll, Hobby-Musikproduzentin, Klavierspielerin, Festivalgängerin)
• Sara (29, aus Italien, Laborantin, sehr offen und lernt gerne neue Leute kennen, reist gerne, humorvoll und immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.)
- Tom (24, Musiker, Saunagänger, fährt gerne Velo, aus Freiburg im Breisgau)
• Frédéric (48, aus Frankreich, Informatiker, reisefreudig, geeky, designliebend, humorvoll, ordnungsliebend, Eigentümer)
• Brian (37, aus Deutschland, Pädagoge, reisefreudig, ordnungsliebend, Hobbysänger, mag Gesellschaftsspiele, Eigentümer)

**Lage:**
Unsere WG befindet sich im Zentrum von Saint-Louis, nur wenige Minuten von der schweizer- und der deutschen Grenze entfernt. Mit dem Auto oder Bus ist der Flughafen in 10 Minuten erreichbar, der Bahnhof in 10 Minuten zu Fuss und die Tramstation in die Schweiz ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zusätzlich gibt es neben unserer Wohnung Busshaltestellen. Um unsere Wohnung herum gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Coiffeure, Banken, Bäckereien, Floristen, Restaurants, ein Kino und ein Theater.

**Die Wohnung:**
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am Marktplatz und wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert. Sie besteht aus fünf voll möblierten Zimmern im modernen Stil, die zwischen 10 und 15 m² groß sind. Die Gemeinschaftsräume – darunter eine große offene Küche, ein geräumiges Ess- und Wohnzimmer wurden ebenfalls neu renoviert und sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es noch zwei große Süd-Terrassen, sowie zwei Duschen, eine separate Toilette, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. High-Speed-Fibre-Internet ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

**Zimmer und Preise:**
- **Zimmer 5:** 15 m = 480 €
(Dieses Zimmer eignet sich auch sehr gut für einen Student/in)
*Zu allen Zimmern kommen Nebenkosten in Höhe von 80 € hinzu sowie eine Kaution (2 Monatsmieten).

In der Umgebung gibt es viele freie Parkplätze, z.B. beim Forum, in den blauen Zonen und am Marktplatz.

**Was uns wichtig ist:
Wir legen sehr großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Außerdem ist uns gute Kommunikation (entweder in Deutsch oder Englisch), gegenseitige Akzeptanz und Rücksichtnahme, Offenheit und Spaß am Zusammenleben wichtig. Unsere WG ist queerfreundlich.

Location:
Our flatshare is ideally located in the center of Saint-Louis, just minutes from both the Swiss and German borders. The airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car or bus, the train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the tram to Switzerland is also just 10 minutes away. There are also bus stops right next to our building.
Surrounding us are plenty of shops, hairdressers, banks, bakeries, florists, restaurants, a cinema, and a theater.
The Apartment:

Our flat is located directly on the town's market square and was fully renovated recently. It consists of four fully furnished rooms in a modern style, each ranging from 10 to 15 m².
The shared spaces – including a large open kitchen, spacious dining area, and living room – have also been newly renovated and are equipped with air conditioning.
In addition, the apartment features two large south-facing terraces, two showers, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, and a dryer. High-speed fiber internet is also included.

Rooms & Pricing:
• Room 5: 15m² = 480 €
(This room is ideal for a student.)
An additional €80 per month is charged for utilities, and a deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required.
There are plenty of free parking spaces nearby, such as at the Forum, in blue zones, and on the market square.

What’s Important to Us:
We value cleanliness very high. Also important is good communication (in German or English), mutual respect and acceptance, openness, and enjoying life together. Our flatshare is queer-friendly.

Localisation :
Notre colocation est idéalement située en plein centre de Saint-Louis, à quelques minutes seulement des frontières suisse et allemande. Les transports en communs au pied de l’immeuble permettent de se render facilment en Suisse et en Allemagne, et la gare est à seulement 10 minutes à pied et l’aéroport à quelques minutes en voiture.Autour de chez nous, vous trouverez de nombreux commerces, coiffeurs, banques, boulangeries, fleuristes, restaurants, ainsi qu’un cinéma et un théâtre.

L’appartement :
Situé non loin de la place de l’Europe, notre penthouse a été entièrement rénové récemment. Il se compose de six chambres entièrement meublées avec gout, d’une surface de 10 à 15 m² chacune. Les espaces communs – comprenant une grande cuisine ouverte, une salle à manger spacieuse et un salon – ont également été rénovés et sont équipés de la climatisation.
L’appartement dispose aussi de deux grandes terrasses orientées sud et ouest, de deux douches, d’un WC séparé, d’une salle de bains avec baignoire, ainsi que d’un lave-linge et d’un sèche-linge. Internet fibre très haut débit inclus.
Chambre disponible et tarifs:

• Chambre 5 : 15 m² = 480 €
(Cette chambre est idéale pour un·e étudiant·e.)
À ce tarif s’ajoutent 80 € de charges mensuelles et un dépôt de garantie équivalent à deux mois de loyer.

Il y a de nombreuses places de stationnement gratuites à proximité, par exemple au Forum, dans les zones bleues et sur la place du marché.

Ce qui est important pour nous :
Nous attachons beaucoup d’importance à une propreté de base, une bonne communication (en allemand ou en anglais), le respect et l’acceptation mutuels, l’ouverture d’esprit et le plaisir de vivre ensemble. Notre colocation est queer-friendly.
