The house is a detached old building from the founding period and sits quietly from three sides between the treetops in the heart of the West suburb. In the old town takes three cozy minutes, five to the university, bars, Ilmpark, shopping and cultural life is also right in front of the front door. Behind the house we still have a beautiful large garden that we share with the other home residents, with campfire place, beds and plenty of space to relax and creativity. Besides, we really have a large apartment with living room and kitchen - a lot of space to distribute and live.

It's a leisurely three-minute walk to the old town, five minutes to the university, bars, Ilmpark, shopping and cultural life are so right on the doorstep. Behind the house we have a lovely large garden that we share with the other residents, with a campfire site, flower beds and plenty of space to relax and creative. We have a really large flat with a living room and kitchen - plenty of space to spread out and live.

Das Haus ist ein freistehender Altbau aus Gründerzeit und sitzt ganz ruhig von drei Seiten zwischen den Baumkronen im Herzen der Westvorstadt. In die Altstadt dauerts drei gemütliche Minuten, fünf zur Uni, Bars, Ilmpark, Einkauf und kulturelles Leben ist auch gleich vor der Haustür. Hinter dem Haus haben wir noch einen schönen großen Garten, den wir uns mit den weiteren Hausbewohnenden teilen, mit Lagerfeuerstelle, Beeten und viel Raum zum Entspannen und Kreativität. Außerdem haben wir wirklich eine große Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer und Küche - viel Platz zum Verteilen und Leben.

...Die WG lebt von guter Stimmung. Unsere schöne Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine im Turbogang und großzügiges Wohnzimmer sind neben dem weitläufigen Garten, die offenen Orte an denen das WG-Leben fruchtet. Ab und an haben wir gern Freund*innen um uns für Lagerfeuerabende im Garten mit Stockbrot, große Essen, gute Filme oder kreative Sessions. Leben und leben lassen ist unser Credo. Zwischen Disko und Diskurs, Business und nachhaltigem Leben. So vielfältig die Lebensentwürfe in diesem Haus auch sein mögen, legen wir Wert auf Umsicht, Toleranz, Gelassenheit und wichtig: ganz viel Humor.

Die lieben Mitbewohnis sind Lara (Produktdesign, 25), Sascha (Medienkunst, 34), Miri (Architektur, 24) und Thomas (Gitarre, 27), der auch gerade im April eingezogen ist. Auf jeden Fall sind alle fabulös und ganz liebevoll. Das WG-Leben findet sich ein bisschen Neu aber wir haben immmer gerne, ab und an gemeinsam gekocht, verquatschen uns bei Tee oder Kaffee in der Küche und planen die ein oder andere gemeinsame Aktion zusammen. Gerade wurde zum Beispiel das Wohnzimmer gestrichen. Uns ist ein aufrichtiges und liebevolles miteinander wichtig, auch wenn alle in ihrem Alltag mehr oder weniger stark eingebunden sind. Außerdem gibt einen Putzplan :)

...The flat share thrives on a good atmosphere. Our beautiful eat-in kitchen with washing machine in turbo mode and spacious living room are the open places where life in the shared flat thrives, alongside the extensive garden. From time to time, we like to have friends round for campfire evenings in the garden with stick bread, big meals, good films or creative sessions. Live and let live is our credo. Between discos and discourse, business and sustainable living. As diverse as the lifestyles in this house may be, we value prudence, tolerance, serenity and, most importantly, a lot of humour.

Our lovely flatmates are Lara (product design, 25), Sascha (media art, 34), Miri (architecture, 24) and Thomas (guitar, 27), who also just moved in in April. In any case, they are all fabulous and very loving. Life in the flat share is a bit new, but we always enjoy cooking together from time to time, chatting over tea or coffee in the kitchen and planning one or two activities together. For example, we've just painted the living room. It's important to us to have a sincere and loving relationship with each other, even if everyone is more or less involved in their everyday lives. We also have a cleaning plan :)

Wir haben in den letzten Monaten ein paar neue Sachen (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Pfanne, Wandfarbe) angeschafft, weshalb ich gerne eine Abstandszahlung von 90 Euro hätte :))

We've bought a few new things in the last few months (washing machine, dishwasher, pan, wall paint), which is why I'd like a 90 euros for :))
