My name is Sara (29 y / o), I've lived in the apartment since 2017 and am now looking for a new roommate. I am currently studying at the applied arts university and at the Vienna Uni, and I also work in a small agency as video producer.
The room has about 12 square meters, high ceilings, and is equipped with a loft bed, cabinet and table.
Your share is around € 345 per month including operating costs and internet, and a one-off deposit of € 860. You have access to the common areas of the house, the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. Ideally I'm looking for a non-smoker, drama-free and not too loud flatmate.
Die Wohnung liegt in Mezzanin (zwischen Erdgeschoss und dem ersten Obergeschoss), super zentral im 6. Bezirk direkt der Mariahilferstraße zwischen Westbahnhof und Zieglergasse (ca 5min zu Fuß), U3, U6 und U4 (12min zu Pilgramgasse).
Es ist eine ruhige Gegend.
Da sie im Mezzanin (zwischen Erdgeschoss und dem ersten Obergeschoss) liegt, ist sie nicht sehr hell. Wenn du also ein Pflanzenliebhaber bist, werden Pflanzen, die viel Sonne brauchen, nicht überleben.

The apartment is located in the mezzanine (between the ground floor and the first floor), super central in the 6th district directly at Mariahilferstraße between Westbahnhof and Zieglergasse (about 5 minutes by foot), and 12min to Pilgramgasse.
It's a quiet area.
As it is located on the mezzanine (between the first floor and the second floor), it is not very bright. if you are a plant lover, plants that need a lot of sun will not survive.
Unser gemeinsames Wohnen sollte ein reifer und friedlicher get-along sein, in dem wir uns manchmal abends unterhalten und gut miteinander auskommen können. Dinge gleich anzusprechen die einen stören ist mir sehr wichtig, was ich auch in meinem/r zukünftigen Mitbewohner/in suche. Sauberkeit und Ordnung in Gemeinschaftsräumen sind mir ebenfalls ein Anliegen.

Our common living should be a mature and peaceful get-along in which we can sometimes talk in the evening and get along well with each other. It is very important to me to address things that might bother us. Cleanliness and tidiness in the communal areas is also very important to me.
Die Wohnung bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche, in der wir gerne zusammensitzen und plaudern können, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, ein separates WC, ein Vorraum, der von uns als „Wohnzimmer“ genutzt wird, und natürlich unsere zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer.
Das Gebäude ist außerdem mit einem Fahrradabstellplatz ausgestattet.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, in which we can sit and chat, a small bathroom with shower and washing machine, a separate toilet, anteroom that we use as a "living room" and of course our two separate bedrooms.
The building is also equipped with a bicycle parking space.
