Alte Konstellation gründet neue WG, mitten im 7ten!

Viel besser geht es wohl kaum von der Lage: Mitten im Siebten und doch ruhig. Vor allem während der Nacht, das es direkt vor der Tür eigentlich nur Tagesgeschäft gibt. Billa ist etwa 80 Meter von der Tür und für die Edelgastronomen gibt es Spar Gourmet, etwa 200 Meter entfernt.

It doesn't get much better in terms of location: Right in the heart of the Seventh District and yet quiet. Especially during the night, as there's only daily business right outside the door. There's a Billa about 80 meters from the door, and for those who enjoy fine dining, there's Spar Gourmet, about 200 meters away.

Wir suchen eine Person, die in einer ähnlichen Lebensphase steckt wie wir gerade, also berufstätig oder in den letzten Zügen des Studiums, bereits einige WG Erfahrung mit sich bringt und einfach gesagt, eine Person ist die zu uns passt. Unser Zusammenleben ist recht entspannt. Chris mag es für seine Mitmeschen zu kochen und testet regelmäßig die Schärfegrenze. Dafür macht Anni die schönsten Überraschungen wie zB der letzte Adventkalender für die WG. Ein Alltag welcher weniger von Regeln, sondern mehr durch Achtsamkeit gelebt wird. Wenn was im Haushalt fehlt, holt einer es. Wenn wieder mal geputzt werden muss, übernimmt jemand das, ohne das man's ansprechen muss. Ob gemeinsame Filmabende über den Beamer oder verlängertes Frühstück, wichtig ist ein ungezwungenes Miteinander. Genauso findet aber auch jeder/jede Zeit und Raum für sich. Unter der Woche gehen wir zum Sport oder sind am Arbeiten. Am Wochenende treibts uns auch des öfteren mal auf die Tanzpiste, ob Salsa Parties, Kneipen oder Elektro Clubs.

Chris schließt zur Zeit seinen Master an der Filmakademie ab und arbeitet nebenbei. Anni, gerlernte Friseurin, arbeitet in der Gastro und ist nach Wien gekommen um ihr Buch zu schreiben.

We are looking for someone who is in a similar stage of life as we are currently, so either working professionally or in the final stages of their studies, with some experience living in shared flats, and simply put, someone who fits the gang. Our co living is quite relaxed. Chris enjoys cooking for his flatmates and regularly tests the limits of spiciness. In return, Anni creates the most beautiful surprises, such as the last self-made advent calendar. Our everyday life is less governed by rules and more by mindfulness. If something is missing in the household, someone gets it. If cleaning needs to be done again, someone takes care of it without having to be asked. Whether it's movie nights with a projector or extended breakfasts, what's important is an easygoing togetherness. At the same time, everyone also finds time and space for themselves. During the week, we go to sports or work. On weekends, we often find ourselves on the dance floor, be it salsa parties, pubs, or electro clubs.

Chris is currently completing his master's degree at the Film Academy and working on the side. Anni, a trained hairdresser, works in a café and came to Vienna to write her book.
