In our WG this beautiful, quiet room is free. In the room there is a practical fitted wardrobe, perfect for all your things :).
It is located in a large courtyard, which is why you have a calm oasis in Vienna. In the morning you will be awakened by the sun, which is in the morning until approx. 13 o'clock most represented in the room. The space is therefore also ideal for plants. Since in summer the sun does not radiate directly in the afternoon, the room is not too hot.
The room is unfurnished.
Our apartment is located in 4. Stock, no fear, elevator is available!
It is about 100 m2 large, there are 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining table and sofa, a toilet separate from the bathroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a storage chamber and a basement compartment. Our kitchen is equipped with all appliances (including toaster, sodastream, dishwasher, microwave, stand mixer) and any other utensils.
Our washing machine is in the basement, but is only used by us and very few other residents - so no danger of long waiting time! For this we only pay 50cent for approx. 2-3 wash cycles and the washroom is cleaned regularly.
The apartment is located at the beginning of the Billrothstraße directly over a savings area, about a 5-minute walk from U6 Station Nussdorferstraße. In addition, the Bim station for the trams 37 and 38 (direction Schottentor) is only 1 minute walk away, the Bim station of the D-Wagen approx. 5 minutes walk, the U4 Station Spittelau about 8 minutes walk.
(The apartment is actually rather centrally located, you need about 12 minutes to get to the city centre!)
There is also a DM, Billa and a pharmacy. On the other hand there is also a farmer.
Immediately opposite the apartment is the Währinger Park, which is suitable for walks, sweet dogs in the dog zone, picnics or lukewarm summer evenings:)
Also nearby is the Turkish park and, a highlight, the Setagaya Park.
What might be important, there are really good restaurants available on Foodora;)
Magda, Ronja and Stella are currently living here. We love spending time with each other, even if someone doesn't have a bump on it or the social battery is missing. Our WG is a safe place for us and hopefully yours soon.
To our WG life: we are usually not so much in the WG (universal and labour-related) in the daylight, but somehow someone is always home.
We usually spend our evenings/free moments together. Either we cook/eat together, have short artistic moments and paint/basteln, drink one or other sounds, listen to music, sing/play guitar, watch movies, series or high-quality reality TV, learn/work together, laugh/wine together, or lose us in conversations about life. We are all 3 very interested in intersectional feminism and generally also in left themes and find respectful exchange very important.
To Magda (she/her; 26 years): She is currently studying at BOKU in Master Phytomedicine (I know, wtf is that?, basically she cures plants and tells us about caterpillars and fungi). Her studies will soon end and soon she will enter into working life. She has one of Vienna's most beautiful voices, but would never admit that. Besides, she likes painting and crocheting. If she doesn't break her foot randomly when she rises, her salsa also brings a lot of joy. In the kitchen she often tastes new (mostly vegan/vegetarian) dishes.
To Ronja (she/her; 22 years): She is the creative head of the WG. If she is not at the university (Bachelor Theatre, Film and Media Sciences) or at work (Sick Sister), you will find her mostly painting or reading in her room. She would prefer to give her tea intravenously, or at least that suggests her tea consumption. If she could also visit another theme party every weekend or throw herself.
To Stella (she/her, 22 years): She is currently working in a mother-child's house and is doing quite well with her social worker's heart. If she doesn't just unpack exciting stories in the evening, she loves to try new things, whether it's collages, new books or glitter mask up. Thanks to their nonstopkino abo, they are also constantly encountered in the votive cinema where they are always accompanied by loved ones.
Who we are looking for: We are currently a FLINTA-WG and would like to maintain this. So we're looking for a woman, trans, inter or non- Binary person. It is very important to us that the new person may also really spend time with us (of course not always, but already the more open. We're really not a purpose WG!). What is also important to us is that the person has similar interests as we and above all a similar attitude. We are generally very clean and want to maintain this. We have a cleaning plan, but a similar general need for cleanliness is very important to us. We also try to take a lot of consideration, ranging from volume to general well-being.
The collection date would be at the earliest 01.02.2025. In principle, we would look for a person who wants to share the apartment with us for a longer time, but we are also open to renters.
