We live in the probably most beautiful corner of Floridsdorf, on the green and with very good oil connection. For all those who like to walk, want to live close to nature, who like to swim, row, walk, ride or just like to sit in the meadow or in the forest or look on the water, we go directly from our garden (with fire bowl) to a large meadow, in 2 minutes walk to the auwald, in 5 minutes to the Danube and further to the Danube Island (and to the wonderful wild sand bays!). Right with us the bus will drive and take us to Floridsdorf in 7 minutes to the U6, many fast trains etc. From there it goes to the Praterstern in 5 minutes, to the road (to the center) in 12 minutes, or with the U6 to the west train station etc.
Dert bus drives often and late. Cycle path right outside the door. Supermarkets, bakeries etc. Easy walking. The location is really beautiful.

Wir wohnen in der wahrscheinlich schönsten Ecke von Floridsdorf, am Grünen und mit sehr guter Öffi-Anbindung. Für alle die gern spazieren gehen, naturnah wohnen wollen, die gern schwimmen, rudern, wandern, Rad fahren oder die einfach gern in der Wiese oder im Wald sitzen oder auf's Wasser schauen, geht es direkt von unserem Garten (mit Feuerschale) auf eine große Wiese, in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Auwald, in 5 Minuten zur Donau und weiter zur Donauinsel (und zu den wunderbaren wilden Sandbuchten!). Gleich bei uns fährt der Bus und bringt uns in 7 Minuten nach Floridsdorf zur U6, vielen Schnellbahnen etc. Von dort geht es zb zum Praterstern in 5 Minuten, zur Landstrasse (ins Zentrum) in 12 Minuten, oder mit der U6 zum westbahnhof etc.
Dert Bus fährt oft und spät. Radweg direkt vor der Tür. Supermärkte, Bäckereien etc. easy fußläufig. Die Lage ist wirklich wunderschön.

The WG: Ina, filmmaker and sustainability expert, daughter Siranush, 16 years and very relaxed (loves nature, books, animals and justice), the two dear cats Tilly and Gobi, and our super sweet little bitch Tinkabell. We always live as "Family-Plus _ WG," are well-placed, political, three-quarters vegetarian, feminist, art affin, eco-social, and always a lot on the road. We love children, can also well imagine a roommate with young child. We fly out around 8h30, and we come home in a gg 18h. In the evening we like to be comfortable, film evenings, cook, play, make fire,.. rather quiet and relaxed, like with friends. They're not clean-up, and there's stuff around, but we love it in the apartment. We take care of the animals together and look forward to someone who or who likes to live with animals and take care of them.
We are looking for a reliable and relaxed person who or who also takes on responsibility for the common budget - that is to say, who receives the smoker, takes care of a repair, reliably uses it, etc. - appreciates the beautiful old building and is well treated, and is in principle child and animal-like. We are not "study-WG," living in work and school rhythm. During the weekend we are often in the country and in the summer. Dear guests or people in need in the living room on the couch on request should not disturb you, of course you can also set some; -)
Partners, kids, friends (LGBTQ + anyway) and other dear people are always most welcome. We are also pleased about international growth. At home is a safe place for us, where one supports one another, is happy to live together and always has the opportunity to retreat.

Die WG: Ina, Filmemacherin und Nachhaltigkeitsexpertin, Tochter Siranush, 16 Jahre und sehr entspannt (liebt die Natur, Bücher, Tiere und Gerechtigkeit), die zwei lieben Katzen Tilly und Gobi, und unsere supersüsse kleine Hündin Tinkabell. Wir wohnen immer schon als "Family-Plus_WG", sind gut gelaunt, politisch, drei Viertel vegetarisch, feministisch, kunstaffin, öko-sozial committed, und untertags immer viel unterwegs. Wir lieben kinder, können uns auch gut eine mitbewohnerin mit jungem kind vorstellen. Gegen 8h30 fliegen wir aus, und kommen gg 18h heim. Abends haben wir es gern gemütlich, Filmabende, kochen, spielen, Feuer machen,.. eher ruhig und relaxed, gern mit FreundInnen. Sind keine Putzteufel und es liegt auch Zeug rum, aber wir haben es schon gern in der Wohnung halbwegs schön. Wir kümmern uns gemeinsam um die Tiere und freuen uns über jemanden, der oder die gern mit Tieren lebt und sich ein bisschen mitkümmert.
Wir suchen jemanden verlässlichen und entspannten, der oder die auch Mitverantwortung für den gemeinsamen Haushalt übernimmt - also auch mal den Rauchfangkehrer empfängt, sich um eine Reparatur kümmert, verlässlich mitputzt etc, - den wunderschönen Altbau schätzt und gut behandelt, und prinzipiell kinder- und tierlieb ist. Wir sind keine "Studi-WG" , leben im Arbeits- und Schulrythmus. Am Wochenende sind wir oft am Land und im Sommer auch. Liebe Gäste oder Menschen in Not im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch auf Absprache sollten dich nicht stören, selber kannst du natürlich auch welche reinlegen ;-)
PartnerInnen, Kids, freundInnen (LGBTQ+ sowieso) und sonstige liebe Menschen sind bei uns immer herzlichst willkommen. Wir freuen uns auch über internationalen Zuwachs. Zuhause ist für uns ein sicherer Ort, wo man sich gegenseitig unterstützt, sich freut übers zusammen wohnen und immer die Möglichkeit zum Rückzug hat.

The costs for repairs in the apartment are shared. included in the price are heating, household insurance, W-Lan, membership of the tenant protection company etc.

Die Kosten für Reparaturen in der Wohnung werden geteilt. im Preis enthalten sind Heizung, Haushaltsversicherung, W-Lan, Mitgliedschaft beim Mieterschutzverban etc. .
