The room is north and has a green view. Since we are the last house in the block to the street and the room is just on the north side, no street noises can be heard. The room is currently equipped with a bed (to 1.60m extendable) and a shelf and can be used on request. We also have other furniture in the basement, which are also available e.g. desk

We are currently living third as Mädls-WG. One of the three wants to go out for their Erasmus half year and we are looking for a third party from March 2025.
I am 25 years old, studied social worker, but currently work in a tax consultancy office and make the training a accountant. My roommate is 24 years old and is currently doing training as a psychotherapist alongside a part-time job.
We are a very open WG, like to sit in the living room, on the balcony or if it results in the individual rooms. Common cooking (here vegetarian but meat doesn't bother us) makes us happy as well as other leisure activities (walking, cinema visits, film evenings etc.)
But the privacy of each WG member is also respected and preserved. If someone needs a resting phase and just wants to be left in peace, it is of course not a problem.
We have the motto: everything can be talked about. Please simply express wishes and ideas for WG life and it is tried to find the best solution for all.
At the moment, we have the agreement that there is a moderate volume from 22:00 onwards and that from 23:00 rests in the WG. If, for example, ceremonies are to be planned, simply let them know soon enough :)
We love both animals and plants. At the moment we have no pets for this all the more greenery :)
The*The third parties in our WG would get their own agreement with me (because I am also a landlord in addition to WG).
We are looking for a person who wants to move for at least half a year.
The building has been renovated in the last few months and the construction works have been completed by the beginning of 2025: new triple glazed windows, insulation of the basement and exterior walls and a new roof. The Stiegenhaus and the balcony have been renovated.
The heating is 2 years old and the kitchen was reinstalled in June 2024. Each room has been repainted in the last 3 years.
Pets are allowed in principle, but I would ask for a prior arrangement with me (no dogs).
