Wir – Carmen und Can – suchen ab dem 1. Mai einen neuen Mitbewohner*in für unsere 3er-WG in Oerlikon, da unser lieber Mitbewohner Luca auszieht.
Unsere WG ist freundschaftlich und entspannt. Wir unternehmen gerne mal etwas zusammen – sei es gemeinsam kochen, ein Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon oder einfach draussen die Sonne geniessen. Gleichzeitig respektieren wir auch Privatsphäre und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten – alles kann, nichts muss.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen: Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Oerlikon entfernt – ideal angebunden an die Stadt und doch ruhig gelegen.
Das freie Zimmer ist hell und grosszügig, mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles, was man braucht: eine moderne Küche, ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und sogar eine Badewanne.

We – Carmen and Can – are looking for a new flatmate starting from May 1st for our 3-person shared apartment in Oerlikon, as our dear flatmate Luca is moving out.
Our flat is friendly and relaxed. We like to do things together from time to time – whether it’s cooking together, having an after-work beer on the balcony, or just enjoying the sunshine outside. At the same time, we also respect privacy and personal space – everything is possible, nothing is a must.
The apartment is in a great location: Only 5 minutes by foot from Oerlikon station – well-connected to the city but still in a quiet area.
The available room is bright and spacious, with a view of greenery. The apartment itself has everything you need: a modern kitchen, a large living room with a balcony, and even a bathtub.
