Enjoy all Berlin has to offer as the city blooms in summer. This bright, cozy apartment in Britzer Damm area of Neukölln is fully furnished, with a kitchen, spacious bedroom, office/living room, and bathroom with a washer/dryer. The flat is conveniently located, with a bus stop seconds away from the apartment that will take you to Hermannstraße S-bahn and U-bahn for all major connections. We're minutes away by foot to the grocery stores Edeka, kik, Penny, Rossman, and right next to a tasty Lebanese falafel/schwarma eatery (delicious and affordable). The flat is in a quiet and safe residential area, but still very accessible and connected to bustling Neukölln with great restaurant and cafe options. The blooming Britzer Garten is also close-by and is especially lovely in the summer. The flat is quite spacious, with a bright kitchen, bedroom, and a large second room that can be used as an office, living room, or as another sleeping space. We are traveling in June and wanted to offer someone the chance to enjoy our beautiful space! and help water our plants :)
