Ich vermiete meine vollmöbellierte Wohnung (37qm, 1,5 Zimmer, große Balkon/Terrasse) für ein / zwei Monate (August & Sept.)
Ich bin mit den Ein/Auszugs Datums flexibel. Erweiterung des Mietvertragsdauer bzw. Übernahme der Wohnung ist leider nicht möglich aber es steht die möglichkeit später mit der Hausverwaltung zu sprechen um andere Wohnung im Haus zu bekommen (wird oft im Okt viele Wohnungen frei bei uns im Haus)
Die Untermiete wird offiziell bei Hausverwaltung gemeldet mit Untermietsvertrag (Anmeldung möglich).
Das gesamte Haus hat eine tolle Gesellschaft (meistens Studenten), wo oft gemeinsame Aktivitäten untergenommen werden. Dazu gibt's verschiedene WhatsApp Gruppen und i-Live App (Zugang wird nach Vertrag Unterschreiben erhalten). Das Haus enhältet noch große Gemeinschaftsraum, Fitness-Raum, Garten, Beach Vollyball playground, und eine Gemeinschafts-Küche
