- Very roomy living room with a dining table and a very large sofa (no TV but a video-projector with an HDMI cable)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven.

The flat is completely furnished.

The price includes the rent, heating, electricity and internet (1&1 100 Mbits).

Bikes can be parked in the inner courtyard.

We don't smoke and expect renters **not to smoke** either.

Before you enter the flat, we'll sign a proper contract, we'll need your ID and a civil liability insurance.
