I rent my beautiful apartment between the two trendy quarters of Prenzlberg and Friedrichshain, as I will not be in Berlin for a while. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, complete kitchen with utensils+spinning machine, bed, sofa, washing machine, desk. A balcony with table & 2 chairs, comma, mirror, carpet, shoe cabinet etc. So you only need your own clothes and it can go. The large bathroom has a window, next to it you have a semi-open kitchen and a spacious living area. The balcony is of course an absolute highlight of the apartment, in a really great central location, which nevertheless offers enough rest for relaxation. The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment :)

The rent is calculated for 1 person. Please don't have wild parties, I'm looking for a responsible person who walks reasonably with the apartment, furniture and neighbors. I rent from now on, but no later than 01.05.2025. The rent of 1300€ includes all additional costs + internet.

ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Wohnung zwischen den beiden angesagten Vierteln des Prenzlberg und Friedrichshain unter, da ich selbst vorerst eine Weile nicht in Berlin sein werde. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, komplette Küche mit Utensilien+Spülmaschine, Bett, Sofa, Waschmaschine, Schreibtisch. Einem Balkon mit Tisch & 2 Stühlen, Kommoden, Spiegel, Teppich, Schuhschrank usw. Ihr benötigt also nur eure eigenen Klamotten und es kann losgehen. Das große Badezimmer hat ein Fenster, daneben habt ihr eine halboffene Küche und einen geräumigen Wohnbereich. Der Balkon ist natürlich ein absolutes Highlight der Wohnung, in einer wirklich tollen zentralen Lage, die trotzdem genügend Ruhe zur Erholung bietet. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich am hinteren Teil der Wohnung :)

Die Miete ist für 1 Person kalkuliert. Bitte keine wilden Parties, ich suche eine verantwortungsvolle Person, die vernünftig mit der Wohnung, den Möbeln und den Nachbarn umgeht. Ich vermiete ab sofort, spätestens jedoch zum 01.05.2025. Die Miete von 1300€ beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten + Internet.
