Alquilo mi hermoso apartamento entre los dos barrios de moda de Prenzlberg y Friedrichshain, ya que no estaré en Berlín por un tiempo. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo que necesita, cocina completa con utensilios+mecadora, cama, sofá, lavadora, escritorio. Un balcón con mesa & 2 sillas, coma, espejo, alfombra, armario de zapatos, etc. Así que solo necesitas tu propia ropa y puede ir. El amplio baño tiene una ventana, junto a ella tiene una cocina semi-abierta y una amplia sala de estar. El balcón es, por supuesto, un punto culminante absoluto del apartamento, en una excelente ubicación central, que sin embargo ofrece suficiente descanso para la relajación. El dormitorio está situado en la parte posterior del apartamento :)

El alquiler se calcula para 1 persona. Por favor, no tenga fiestas salvajes, estoy buscando a una persona responsable que camina razonablemente con el apartamento, muebles y vecinos. Alquilo desde ahora, pero a más tardar el 01.05.2025. El alquiler de 1300€ incluye todos los costes adicionales + internet.

Estoy sublevando mi hermoso apartamento en el corazón de Prenzlauer Berg/Fhain, ya que no estaré en Berlín por un tiempo. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario: una cocina totalmente equipada con utensilios y lavavajillas, cama, sofá, lavadora, escritorio, balcón con mesa y dos sillas, cómodas, espejo, alfombra, zapatilla, etc. El amplio baño tiene una ventana, junto a ella tiene una cocina semi-abierta y una amplia sala de estar. El balcón está naturalmente en el punto culminante absoluto del apartamento, en una ubicación realmente grande que todavía bastante paz y tranquilidad para la relajación. El dormitorio está situado en la parte trasera del apartamento.

El alquiler se calcula para una persona. Por favor, no hay fiestas salvajes; estoy buscando una persona responsable que cuidará bien el apartamento, los muebles, y los vecinos. ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Wohnung zwischen den beiden angesagten Vierteln des Prenzlberg und Friedrichshain unter, da ich selbst vorerst eine Weile nicht in Berlin sein werde. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, komplette Küche mit Utensilien+Spülmaschine, Bett, Sofa, Waschmaschine, Schreibtisch. Einem Balkon mit Tisch & 2 Stühlen, Kommoden, Spiegel, Teppich, Schuhschrank usw. Ihr benötigt also nur eure eigenen Klamotten und es kann losgehen. Das große Badezimmer hat ein Fenster, daneben habt ihr eine halboffene Küche und einen geräumigen Wohnbereich. Der Balkon ist natürlich ein absolutes Highlight der Wohnung, in einer wirklich tollen zentralen Lage, die trotzdem genügend Ruhe zur Erholung bietet. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich am hinteren Teil der Wohnung :)

Die Miete ist für 1 Person kalkuliert. Bitte keine wilden Parties, ich suche eine verantwortungsvolle Person, die vernünftig mit der Wohnung, den Möbeln und den Nachbarn umgeht. Ich vermiete ab sofort, spätestens jedoch zum 01.05.2025. Die Miete von 1300€ beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten + Internet.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and a dishwasher, bed, sofa, washing machine, desk, a balcony with a table and two chairs, dressers, mirror, carpet, shoe cabinet, etc. So, you only need to bring your own clothes, and you're good to go. The large bathroom has a window, next to it you have a semi-open kitchen and a spacious living area. The balcony is naturally an absolute highlight of the apartment, in a truly great central location that still offers enough peace and quiet for relaxation. The bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment.

The rent is calculated for one person. Please, no wild parties; I am looking for a responsible person who will take good care of the apartment, the furniture, and the neighbors.
