Hey there! I'm going on vacation for a month and I'd like to offer my cozy 2-room apartment near Ostkreuz for sublet. It's a sweet little place located on the second floor of the building, complete with a balcony. The apartment comes fully furnished with essential amenities like a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WLAN. I've put a lot of love into creating this space from scratch, so I'm hoping to find someone who'll treat it like their own and maybe even give some TLC to the plants occasionally.

One of the best things about this place is its proximity to Ostkreuz S-Bahn station, making it super convenient to access public transportation. You can also find tram and bus stops within a 2-minute walk. The neighborhood is vibrant and bustling, with plenty of great restaurants around in case you're not in the mood for cooking, even though the kitchen is fully equipped. So, you'll have lots of options to explore when you have free time.

A few things to note: City registration isn't possible for this short-term sublet. Rent and the security deposit are non-negotiable and will be needed in advance. Please refrain from smoking in the apartment; there's a lovely balcony for that purpose. I kindly ask that you leave the apartment as clean as you found it.
