A few things to note: City registration isn't possible for this short-term sublet. Rent and the security deposit are non-negotiable and will be needed in advance. Please refrain from smoking in the apartment; there's a lovely balcony for that purpose. I kindly ask that you leave the apartment as clean as you found it.
