The largest room is the living room. Then there are two extra rooms which can be used as bedrooms or working room. The bathroom has a bathtub.
The kitchen can come fully furnished, as the previous tenants would be willing to sell the entire equipment for an affordable price.
The furniture from the pictures would be removed, but if you wanted to keep something, I'm sure we could discuss it with the current tenants.
