The kitchen can come fully furnished, as the previous tenants would be willing to sell the entire equipment for an affordable price.
The furniture from the pictures would be removed, but if you wanted to keep something, I'm sure we could discuss it with the current tenants.

We renovated the whole apartment and exchanged the windows, so even on the side facing the street (living room, kitchen), the windows isolate all noise when they are closed.
